ENGRAVING OPTIONS:
When you order your engraving, please indicate whether or not you desire your text/image to be mirrored. If you do not specifically ask for mirrored engraving, we will not engrave it as such. All text/images will be engraved exactly as ordered, so please be specific when ordering your text/image engravings. We want you to have exactly the paddle you desire! Leave us your instructions in the Notes To Seller box (located in the shopping cart). If you are requesting an image, please email it to us at info@thekinkfactory.com after ordering and please include your order number. If we have any questions or issues regarding your image, we will contact you within 24 hours to discuss them. Laser engraving typically takes 24-48 hours to produce while mechanical engraving can take up to 7-10 business days.
PLEASE NOTE:
Customers frequently ask whether or not an engraving will leave an impression. Several factors over which we do not have control determine whether or not an impression is left (force of swing, skin of bottom, etc.) so we cannot guarantee a mark will be left behind. Laser engravings are typically 1/8-3/16" deep depending upon the wood. Denser woods do not engrave as deeply. As such, we are now offering mechanical engravings for paddles as well with a engraving depth of 1/4". At this time, mechanical engravings are only available for text.
To clean, use a Lysol wipe and allow to air dry before returning to your toy bag.
